Naomi seemed to be responsible during the interview, but she struggled with my 7 year old. Concerns: struggled giving guidance, with communicating timely when she’d be unavailable, and inconsistent with obligations. She messaged me in response to a text I sent Sunday saying she was sorry and she no longer would work with our family. She applied to a new job with no notification after committing to a full school year with us. No 2 week notice/no remorse for my daughter. Extremely unprofessional.
