Nancy is a gem. She is warm, enthusiastic, hip, sharp, and kind. My 10 yr old's favorite thing about her is how she engaged with him, she really knows how to communicate effectively with kids. This is true even with my 3 yr old who doesn't have much to say - within a moment he had his arms around her neck in trust. We haven't been out in a long while and I was anxious about hiring my first sitter from this site. That dissipated within a moment of her arrival. N left a positive, lasting first impression - I hope you get to see what I mean when it's your turn! I highly recommend your kids get to experience her brilliance - do it for them.
