I am an experienced mentor and motivational coach. I specialize in empowering high school students and equipping them with essential skills for success in college and beyond. With a passion for building emotional intelligence and fostering personal growth, I have guided U. S Air Force Airmen through the tough first years of service by helping them navigate the challenges of military service. Drawing upon my extensive background in educational psychology and years of experience working adolescents I have developed a unique and highly effective approach to building emotional intelligence and getting young adults to become highly effective as they navigate these critical years of their lives. By combining practical strategies, expert guidance, and a deep understanding of the emotional dynamics at play, I helps students cultivate discipline, resilience, and self-awareness, ultimately leading to improved academic performance and personal fulfillment.
