About Muna

I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I come from a large family with loads of cousins, so I gained my early babysitting experience with children whose ages range from newborn - 12 years old. This equipped me well to babysit while I was enrolled in university, where I babysat on the weekends for two different families during my time in school. In my spare time, I love making flower arrangements, going on runs with my run club, and hosting small gatherings in my home. I'm a florist with an online flower business, so making flower arrangements is both an activity I do for fun and for work. My service skills include homework help/tutoring, cooking, and home maintenance. My child care skills are patience, effective communication, and being responsibly playful. Child care requires an immense amount of patience to avoid projecting frustration (because kids never deserve that), communication that they can understand, and being fun while maintaining discipline.
