About Morgan

As the oldest sibling of four in a single-parent household, my journey in childcare began at home, where nurturing and responsibility became an integral part of my daily life. Growing up in such an environment instilled in me a deep understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, and attentiveness in caring for others, especially young ones. Drawing from my personal experiences, I have seamlessly transitioned into providing exceptional childcare services outside of my family circle. With a natural knack for caregiving and a genuine love for children, I have had the privilege of sitting for neighbors and friends, nurturing bonds that extend beyond mere babysitting duties. Also volunteering with the Catholic Charities of Baltimore, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the well-being and development of children from diverse backgrounds and have other professional experiences with trauma-informed care, student conflict, conflict coaching, etc.
