Morgan cared for my mom. I had her on a 3 month probation. Unfortunatleay, it didn't work out and I had to let her go. She has an LNA but she needs more experience. I think Morgan would would be great as just a patient sitter. It was difficult for Morgan to put in effort to provide companship and to follow assignments SHe also needs to work on reliability.
