About Monique C

I have been a very reliable, patient, and creative Texas certified school teacher for 15+ years. I am CPR trained. At Nick's Christian Academy I provide and maintain a very loving Christian-based small student-teaching ratio of approximately 1:8. I do this in order to provide your child(ren) with appropriate intense but great individualized teaching. Maintaining such a small ratio has proven to be successful allowing me to meet each student where they're at educationally. I'm an organized, multi-tasking teacher and am well able to teach all grade levels PreK-12. My teaching experience includes home-schooling as well as in the public school system here in North Texas. I am certified in the State of Texas to teach Special Education, Language Arts, ESL and Health for ages K-12. I have also co-taught Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, ESL, and Math. I LOVE teaching and recently decided to return to home-schooling in order to provide a safe, secure environment families can trust.
