About Monika

In my years of experience in home care, I have developed the ability to work well with varying attitudes and personalities with compassion and understanding for the client and the family's needs. I have experience working in memory care, taking care of people with dementia and Alzheimer. I respond to the physical and emotional needs of the client with a caring attitude. I have a great deal of experience in bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure good personal hygiene. I feel it is important to enhance the individual's well-being by assisting them in experiences by introducing activities that stimulate them.
