Hi, my name is Monica , I am 22 years old and overall have 10+ years of experience. I can also help with Light Housekeeping and Crafts. I have previous experience working with children from Building kidz preschool in Gilbert Arizona and Boys and Girls Clubs Compadre Branch in Chandler Arizona. My moto is treat the children as if they are your own. We as caretakers are shaping the children to be the adults of the future, if we fail them then we have no future. I am experienced from infants - teens such as 13 years old. Growing up I have always loved being the babysitter to family or friends of family and as I have gotten older becoming a babysitter ect. My secret superpower is being able to put little ones to sleep in a flash. If hired, I make an oath to protect the children I am hired to look after no matter the situation. An am also willing to reduce or may pay arrangements if there is any hardships at times, things happen. Looking forward to being your caretaker.

Monica is a warm and sweet girl, and she did a pretty good job with our daughter. But she was unfortunately not reliable and lied to us about what she was willing to do. I hired her to be a nanny and do light duties, which included cleaning up after our daughter. Washing her dishes and cleaning the dining floor from crumbs. She was able to put away toys and organize her books but apparently, she did not like doing other chores which would have been fine if she had stated that during the interview. Instead after 3 days of noticing she was leaving the dining table dirty, counters and sinks with dishes, i asked her to do that and was told that it was not something she did based on being afraid of getting an infection. I offered to get her gloves and to at least put them in the dishwasher. The next day i was asked to pay her ahead of schedule and it turned out that she just wanted to quit and made up an excuse about being paid because she had sudden things to pay and could not afford gasoline. As soon as i paid her, she texted me that she was quitting, and this was 20 minutes before she was scheduled to come into work. When she quit through text she also complained about being asked to work extra hours, but when she was hired and almost daily she was telling me that she wanted to work more hours because she was trying to save up. I gave her more hours but it turned out to be part of her excuse for quitting. This may be a generation issue, miscommunication, or entitlement. I wish she would have just stated that she just didn't want to do dishes and we would have avoided this whole situation and could have kept her as a nanny. She was good with our kid and got along, so i guess if that is all you need and no extra duties she may be a good candidate. As far as being reliable, i am unsure. And do make sure you agree on all duties and how often she will be paid. Good luck Monica, hopefully you find the right fit and commit to it.
