My husband and I had interviewed Molly several weeks before we called her to come and care for our 1 year old daughter in our home. When we did call her, it was a last minute, emergency situation. She gladly came over within the hour. She is absolutely loving, affectionate, engaging and enthusiastic with people; most importantly, our little treasure. She is a perfectionist at following instructions and requests. She is intelligent,trustworthy and reliable. She does not have a second agenda when in our home. She is a professional; absolutely focused on providing the best care. We've weeded out several care givers, and can recommend Molly with confidence. Coming from us older, street-wise parents who are not easily won over, that says a lot! We love her and continue use her exclusively for date nights and any other last minute care needs.
