About Molly

I was so fortunate to have Molly work for me as a nanny from February 2013 to May 2014. I was always surprised when I remembered how young Molly was, only 21. She was so mature and so thoroughly professional. For the 14 months we worked together, Molly was my right hand person. She shared responsibility for raising my four children, running the house, and meeting social obligations. She kept the kids fed, drove them to after-school classes and practices, helped them with homework, and tucked the youngest ones in bed. Molly was responsible for dinners, including planning, shopping and cooking. She also helped with big meetings and parties we hosted at the house. For these big events, she planned, shopped, set-up, and helped things run smoothly. And throughout, she kept impeccable track of her expenses, hours and mileage, and was 100% trustworthy. She arrived on time. One of Molly's great assets is her sunny personality. She is always in a great mood, which is a lift for those around her. Molly is incredibly flexible. Nothing ruffles her. All my last-minute changes were no problem for her. She has an incredible work ethic. Super long lists of things to do did not faze her. Best off all, Molly took on my concerns as her own and gave them the urgency I would have given. I also have observed Molly's personal goal-orientation in her own life. This was one of the reasons I hired her. She set a great example for my teenagers. She is a smart young woman who is very driven. Molly would be an asset in any work environment. She is dependable, hardworking, smart, warm, and easygoing.
