Hi! I live in the Amarillo area and am looking to get back into child care. I attended WTAMU for 4 years with a minor in Education. I started off working with toddler age children for over a year as a preschool teacher and then continued to work at a local elem. in the behavior unit and with the special needs. I then went on to working with a family of two MD's caring for their toddler/ elementary age boys, I stayed with them for 2-3 years until they became old enough to go to school. I took care of a 6-month-old during summer of 2023. I can provide references from both. I have been working in a medical office as an admin and am looking to get into childcare. I love baking, crafts, animals, time outside, swimming, or even hanging at the house. I am CPR certified, first aide trained, special needs and behavior experienced, and am proficient in early childhood education. Can provide transportation. I have references available up request.
