About Molly

I am currently working as an ABA Therapist as a one-on-one aid in a local elementary school. I've basically been a babysitter ever since my little sister was born. I was kind of the built-in family helper. I started "professionally" babysitting when I was 11. When I was turned 16 I started working at the aftercare center at my local elementary school. I oversaw indoor play, outdoor play, and snack time. I was also the primary homework helper. I stayed there for about 6 years until I moved. I spent a summer as a sleep away camp counselor in Maine. Not to "toot my own horn," but I am a master crafter. I have tons of creativity that I don't get to use on a regular basis. I am always down to be silly and play games with the kids. On the other hand, I'm also big in teaching them how to give and earn respect. I love screen time, but I do my best to teach children how to use their own imagination, skills and interests to have fun. AND I'll make sure they get their homework done first.
