About Moira

I have over 14 years working in health care, working with various populations. I worked for eight years with the mentally ill of various ages on both an inpatient and outpatient basis, as a mental health counselor, psychiatric technician and recreation therapist. Additionally I worked for six years with seniors both within a nursing home environment as Director of Recreation Therapy as well as Director of Recreation Therapy for an adult day care center. I am a compassionate, understanding, patient person who cares deeply about those that I care for in an effort to enhance their quality of life as much as possible. I am looking to work more closely with patients on a one-to-one basis at this time doing homecare.
