About Miriam

I am a person who is not only capable and dependable with children, but excited to engage with and compassionately create relationships with them. I began watching kids as a "mother's helper" for families in my church, where I watched kids while their stay-at-home parent worked or rested. I have regularly babysat throughout the past seven years. I have experience with monitoring preschool-aged boys, entertaining elementary aged kids and currently am tutoring a tenth grader in geometry. I've grown up being used to taking the responsibility to take care of my younger sister and have always enjoyed working in the nursery and toddler's class in my church. I am adaptable to any home environment. I love the outdoors and am willing to go on a walk to a park or play make-believe stories at home! I believe my experience and skills could be a good match for most families.
