About Miranda

I am a fun, engaging, and reliable nanny who loves kids, family, sustainability, movement play, dance, meditation, nature, and exploring. With two years of experience teaching in a Montessori classroom, as a dance instructor, and serving as a nanny, I have cared for children of all ages. I have prepared many meals, driven to schools and activities, changed diapers, conducted home projects, created engaging games, and all kinds of arts and crafts! I have worked overnight stays, arranged plenty of daytime excursions, and have also home-schooled during the COVID restriction period. I strive to support children in exploring the process of finding their successful learning strategies! I am very flexible in general with what is needed of me for my role within the family and home, and always make appropriate accommodations. I am studying Elementary Education and Psychology with the aim of teaching a class of my own that will be culturally responsive and supportive in every way.
