Taking and recording vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate. Assisting with mobility and transferring patients from beds to chairs or other locations. Feeding and assisting patients with eating and drinking. Monitoring patients Providing emotional support and companionship to patients. Cleaning and organizing patient areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
