Mindy worked with my 82 year old mom for several weeks. Mom was recovering from open heart surgery and initially could do very little for herself; just getting to and from the bathroom was a challenge. Over the weeks they worked together, Mindy gradually re-taught my mom ways to do things to accommodate her limitations while building strength and confidence. Mom went from being heavily dependent on outside help to full independence. Mindy gave my mom her life back. I highly recommend her!
