About Mina

I'm Mina! I graduated from University of California Irvine with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and currently pursuing my MBA degree from Concordia University of Irvine. I have significant experience working with elementary school and middle school students in different subject including English, Science, Math, History and Social Science. I like to focus on specific and individual needs of each of my students as I recognize that each student has a specific learning method and style. My first lesson is an introductory session, where I get to know the students, listen to their needs speak with parents if they have any questions or concerns. I like to keep my students engaged and formulate appropriate study plans to tackle each subject. My tutoring background has enabled me to adapt to changing situations and do everything to make learning a pleasant experience. I love to teach and mentor students to help them stay focused, improve and develop their communication and personal skills.
