Worst Nanny. I would not recommend Mileidy. We contacted her through Care.com and she responded saying that she is available immediately. She mentioned that she will be coming on from Monday morning( which we originally requested) and then In the morning she doesn't show up. No response for text, no reason for not showing up, no call nothing. Me and my wife are really busy with our work expecting that nanny ( Mileidy would show) taking care of our kid. Now we are totally blocked with our work by taking care of our kid. We even agreed to hourly pay 25$ which she asked the evening before she starts the work. I would not recommend such irresponsible person. Again, Worst nanny. This could effect my kid too.
