About Milca

Hello. My name is Milca. I live around Rockville area, and I am currently a nursing student. My experience working with children is about 9 years onwards. I have been working with various group ages amongst children starting from newborns, toddlers, and up to teenagers. My passion working with children comes from being able to hopefully create a meaningful bond with them and able to effectively communicate with them in appropriate ways, such as reading books appropriate to their age, enjoying outdoor, playing board games i. e. chess, crafts, Legos, puzzles, or providing guidance with their homework. Most importantly, I also pursue to create a safe and positive environment around them. Additionally, I am more than happy and willing to provide details in regarding about my background experience as a child care provider. Furthermore, I am willing to submit required documentations such as resume, first aid certificates, background check, and provide references as needed. Thank you.
