Best decision we ever made! If you're thinking of hiring Mikhaela, do it! We were referred to her through a friend whose child was at the Montessori school she was working at. My friend also loved her so much she babysat for her family after hours. We ended up hiring her as our full time nanny from the time our daughter was 6 months to toddler hood. She is patient, kind, and hardworking. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure laundry was done, and she was eating whole food meals she cooked. She never took the easy way out - she was always willing to go the extra mile to do the right thing and parent the way I would want her to be. She truly became part of our family and we would hire her again in a heartbeat. If we could've moved her out of state with us, we would have! Do yourself (and your family) a favor and hire her!
