For a little over a year, I spent time working for a company where I cared for and assisted children with special needs during after-school hours. I worked with children as young as 7 years old up until those who were around 18 years old. I have worked with children who have all varying different types of needs and disabilities. Through my time spent there, I earned my CPR and CPI certification. I learned so much and grew to love these kids even more than I did before. They are inspiring, uplifting, and so fun to be around.
