About Mikayla

Hi families! I have been a nanny for 12years with experience from the ages of newborn to 10yrs old. I am artistic and enjoy doing art and encouraging creative play. I'm an advocate of independent play but also see the importance of engaging with my nanny kids through playtime. I love sharing my love of the outdoors with my nanny kids as well. I love going to parks, libraries, play dates with friends, and anything else that keeps us active and happy. I reinforce positive discipline and ask that children respect myself and others. I look to work with a family who see me as an extension of theirs. I am an honest and positive person and look forward to sharing that with your family! I currently have a full time nanny family but am looking to supplement with weekend babysitting jobs!
