About Mikayla

Hey there ! I'm Mikayla and I have over a year of experience of working as a full time nanny/homeschool teacher and housekeeper. I've gained experience through teaching online curriculum, utilizing workbooks, and creating engaging projects to keep interest in learning. I'm also a certified yoga and breath work instructor, accredited through Yoga Alliance. I use what I've learned through yoga and apply them to offer different ways to explore human emotion in a safe environment. Navigating life as a child can be difficult and confusing, but I've found that through different breathing and yoga techniques a child can learn to slow down and express themselves freely.
