She is a wonderful person who is very bright. I hired her last summer to watch my two boys while I worked from home. My sons went to summer camp in the morning and in the afternoon Mikaylah would pick them up from camp and watch them until the end of my shift. She really gave me peace of mind as she is very attentive and mature, providing a structured yet enriching environment for my children which I loved. She truly goes above and beyond.
