About Mikayla

I am an Occupational Therapist with 3 years of experience working with seniors in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, memory care, and home settings. I have a passion for the geriatric population and have loved being able to work with seniors in their own homes for the past 2 years. I am trained to work with a wide variety of diagnoses including dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, SCI, etc. I am also certified to provide LSVT Big programming for those with Parkinson's. Prior to starting my OT career, I worked for a a couple years as a caregiver for a couple different in home companies. I am looking for some additional work to supplement my current OT job.
