About Michelle

Hello, I started my early working years doing childcare, elder care, and home improvement work. After Design school and a 15 year career in marketing design, I am experiencing health issues myself and getting myself back to basics for a better quality and wellness in life. I have been practicing meditation, nutrition, hydration, emotional wellness, medication, yoga, focusing on positives, parenting my puppy husky!, quality friendships, and creativity. I hope to find various gigs that align together with those healthy intentions, and can benefit me in my various and simple interests. I love to cook basics or learn new recipes. I regularly make sautéed chicken, rice, veggie stir, eggs veggie sausage muffins, I make a great gluten free sandwich, and mini corn lunch tacos. Ill need to be reaccepted by IHSS. I worked with them 4 years previously.
