About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as personable, fun and interesting. I like working with kids because it is exciting to see young minds grow and learn to become good people. I'm looking for a job that has children that love to have fun, play outside, and parents who want to see their kids grow personally and educationally. I started working with kids when I started babysitting at age 15. I've raised 3 grown children, had an in home daycare for 12 years and have worked in an alternative education HS for the last 9 years. I love working with kids of all ages! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my 3 kids and husband (of 27 years). I also love watching sports, reading and spending time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I've worked with kids for over 35 years as a babysitter, camp counselor, Sunday School teacher, nanny, substitute teacher and HS computer teacher. My skills include imagination education, mild discipline and encouraging outside play.
