About Michelle

Hello, my name is Michelle. I began working as a live-in, full-time companion to an elderly woman back in 2006. I worked as her caregiver, though she called me her "best friend," and was with her through all the stages of decline from cardiovascular disease and dementia, and at her bedside when she passed away in 2020. August 2021 to August 2022, I worked as a care assistant at Welbe Health in Long Beach at their day center program/clinic. Duties included interacting with program participants, appointment escorts, meal service, sanitizing day floor areas, filing and organizing ID badges and appointment cards for the program, creating patient case notes for changes in condition. December 2020 to June 2021, I worked as a dietary aide at The Canterbury in Rancho Palos Verdes. November 2020 to August 2021, I worked as a private caregiver to a female resident in memory care at Belmont Village, Rancho Palos Verdes. Registered currently with 2 care agencies for assigned companion care.
