About Michelle

Hello! I'm a former Speech Language Pathologist with 22 years experience working with children as well as mentally disabled adults. And I'm probably one of a handful of people who can say that they loved going to work every day! Tutoring for me is special because it's the same as a therapy session; one on one learning that's tailored to your child's needs. It also allows me to involve the parent, who is, I believe, an integral part of the tutoring process. I specialize in language skills, speech sound development (articulation) and fluency, but am fairly well rounded in all areas except math. Seriously.
