About Michelle

I'd describe my personality as warm, caring, & loving. I like working with kids because they are enthusiastic about life and their journey. It's enjoyable to help lead them through their own experiences by learning. I'm looking for a job that is equally comforting for both myself and the family I will be caring for, as well as flexibility in schedules. I started working with kids at a daycare when I was 15. The age variation was from 6 years of age to a 7-month-old baby. In my spare time, I like to draw. I feel like art is an incredible way of expressing yourself & it is so much fun! One thing you should know about me is that I will take very good care of your kids, while also teaching them to be respectful, caring, humble, & polite. I think manners like these shape children into wonderful kids and allows them to achieve more in society. My skills include age-appropriate communication skills for your kids, patience, & I'm an Active Listener as well as a great entertainer!
