About Michelle

I prefer to sit or board pets in my own home. I can pick up your pets for added convenience for a small charge based on your location. I started working with animals when I was 8 years old. I live on 5 acres which has allowed me to own many animals, including 13 horses, 2 birds, 3 dogs, 6 chickens, many fish, and 1 rabbit. Taking care of these pets has taught me to adapt to each animal's personality, sensitivities, and wants/needs. In my spare time, I like to read and be in nature. I work remotely and twice a day I take walks around the property so that I can disconnect from technology and so that my dog and I can enjoy nature. Recently I have started growing my own garden which has allowed me more time spent outside. My skills include keeping active pets engaged with playtime and other interaction. I am also good at sensing animals' energies and can adapt to help brighten their mood or let them relax. Finally, I am good at following instructions for pets' individual needs.
