We hired Michelle for my Mom, who had Dementia. From the very moment my Mom met her, Michelle had her thinking they were old friends. Michelle had her up everyday and showered and dressed for the day, just like she had lived her life. She kept her active and included. She would engage her in conversation , not just sitting quietly in a chair or in bed. Michelle was the best.
