I have raised 3 sons who are now grown men. I have 25+ years of childcare experience. I kept children in my home for 15 years-ages infants-5 years. After deciding to work outside the home, I was a lead infant teacher in a childcare center for 6 years. The children I cared for were 6 weeks-18 mos. I worked with other ages as needed. My husband's job transferred us to Va. Beach. I worked for a family part time for their 6 mos. old until he turned 3 . We moved back to Richmond in March of 2017 to be closer to our sons. I have had 3 part time positions -infants- 2 years of age. I am currently looking for 3 days a week-24-30 hours. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have been following all necessary COVID precautions.

Michelle became our sitter for my 2 boys at her home. My first son, she cared for from when he was 6 months old to 3 years old, and she cared for my youngest son from when he was 3 months old to 3 years old. She was an amazing care giver, so trustworthy, a good friend, and she loved my two kids with all of her heart. As my boys transitioned to Pre-K and we no longer needed Michelle, I continued to refer her to several other co-workers and families. They, too, loved her. Most importantly, it was so nice to feel confident knowing that my children were in good hands all day with someone like Michelle.
