About Michael

Hello! I have dedicated the last 10 years to serving youth in my community. Having worked for the school district and local non-profits (YMCA, Residential Foster Homes, Domestic Violence Shelters), my passion is for providing support, compassion, and guidance for children and their families. I am highly skilled in developing academic plans to help the student maximize their potential! I am a current graduate student pursuing my Masters's in Applied Behavior Analysis and I hold a B. S. in Behavioral Healthcare with a concentration in Children's Mental Health. I also hold an AA in Elementary Education. My degree has provided me insight into new, scientific-based treatment approaches as well as knowledge of trauma-informed care, positive behavior practices, and applied behavior analysis concepts.
