About Miayjah

Hi, I'm Miayjah I enjoy doing geriatrics work. My mother has an amputated leg and caring for her at a young age was a great way for me to learn about compassion and caring for others. I have up to 10 years in experience and still going. I'm currently work as a Direct Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities . My skill set is displaying dressing bathing feeding cooking cleaning and transferring. I'm able to identify behavioral changes read health and dietary plans and document thoroughly for and from healthcare providers. I worked with it had experience with patience whom may have dementia and cerebral palsy. I enforce patient rights including them in there decision making encouraging independence succeeding in goals and performance. I enjoy being health hero.
