Dear Sir or Madam: It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Melony S. I worked professionally alongside Mrs. S. in education for three years and have known her on a personal level for over four years. I worked with Melony in her kindergarten classroom, assisting her as an Associate Educator on a daily basis during the school year, as well as during the summer school session. During that time, I have gotten to know Mrs. S. quite well and can thoroughly vouch for her character and abilities. Melony is detail orientated, extremely well organized and also a team player. She always had daily detailed lesson plans prepared and any materials that were needed were always prepared ahead of time. I never had to worry about coming into her classroom and not understanding what my duties were for the day. If for some reason, Mrs. S. was unable to be at school, she made sure the days activities and lessons were laid out in detail for the substitute teachers and myself. Melony also made it a point to include me in lesson planning as well as asking me to collaborate with her. Along with her shear professionalism, she is also a caring and kindhearted individual. With her relentless motivation and her knowledge in education, Melony would bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to any position. I know she would be an excellent fit for your organization.
