I just joined care. com, so I hope you can give me my first review! I am a speech language pathologist! I have 10 years experience working with kids 0-8 years old primarily, in the home health or clinic setting, or just babysitting! I love helping them reach their developmental milestones in communication and other areas through play and functional life skills. I am also able to build rapport with kids quickly and manage behaviors well, in a positive way. I have a master's degree, and am bilingual in Spanish and English. I love animals! I also love cooking and housecleaning. I am CPR/First Aid Trained for adults/children/infants. I just moved to Texas in November from California (after spending most of 2023 in Spain)! I am enthusiastic, warm, friendly, and fun! I'm available between May 31st and August 18th, anytime!! (I have my own car, I don't smoke, etc).

Melodi was great with our son! My son can be pretty shy but he seemed to open up to her and enjoyed the time he spent with her. We look forward to setting up more dates with her in the future!
