About Mellissa

I like working with kids because they are all so unique! I am the oldest in my family and grew up with tons of kids and they all had such different personalities and I loved watching them grow and change! I started working with kids when I was 13! I mainly started babysitting cousins and family friends. In high school I was a volunteer at an elementary school where I tutored kindergartners. I now work at a children's store and love helping kids pick out clothes that make them feel good! In my spare time, I like to spend time at home with my little brothers and cats! I also love arts and crafts and I spend a lot of time making jewelry! My skills include patience, open mindedness, and empathy.
