About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, intuitive, and loving. I'm looking a job that allows me to foster a stimulating and safe environment for children to grow and learn. I prioritize open communication with parents, and am looking for a role where I can make a meaningful difference in a family's life, I started working with kids when I was 11 years old doing local neighborhood babysitting. I was a nanny within Utah for a year and then worked for a military (navy) child development center in San Diego for over a year as a teacher. In my spare time, I like to dabble in home design, spend time with friends and family, and develop new hobbies and skills. One thing you should know about me is that I have an 11-month-old daughter who will be traveling with me. She loves other kids and is very social. My skills include CPR training, early childhood education, and quality group care.
