Hello! I'm Melissa. I have always loved working with children of all ages. My experience in the childcare industry has been at least 8+ years. I was an Assistant Supervisor for Public Schools. My duties included supervising children ages 5-11 during instructional and recreational activities. Following the school position, I was a full time family babysitter of a high functioning autistic child and an infant. My responsibilities included teaching home routines, doing light housework, transporting to and from practices/events, potty training, pet care, etc. Currently, I am a part time teacher at Westminster Child Developmental Center and looking to start my CDA soon! Outside of work, I enjoy anything outdoors, photography, going on road trips and hanging out with family/friends.
