About Melissa

Hello! I am a former teacher and find great value in caring for and helping others. I have worked in general education teaching 1st grade for 2 years and kindergarten for 1 year. My early career specialized in neurodivergent children and adults, offering Applied Behavioral Analysis services to those ages 3-35. I have been tutoring and babysitting since I was a teenager, and I always try to keep a fun and loving learning environment, where children are motivated to grow. I'd describe my personality as friendly, punctual, and resourceful. In my spare time, I like to read, write, hike, cook, play guitar or piano, and sing.
