Melissa was an amazing caregiver for my mother and was with us for over 5 years, up to my mother's death. She took care of Mom as her dementia progressed from needing assistance to total care and was one of the reasons we were able to keep Mom at home. I greatly appreciated her commitment to caring for my mom, her dependability, flexibility with scheduling, and most importantly how she interacted with Mom even after she was nonverbal and less engaged with her surroundings. Melissa is a very empathic caregiver and was devoted to Mom. We also trusted her in the house and she helped with taking care of our cats and light household tasks. When I left the house in the morning for work, I was always at ease with Melissa being with Mom. Thank you, Melissa!! You are the best!
