About Melissa

I'm positive, loving, and unique. I am a kid at heart! I love to sing, dance, play, & just be silly! Kids are full of imagination, fort building skills, and love crazy craft ideas! So do I! Do you want to build a snowman... I know I do! I'm looking for stability in something that I can enjoy doing, feel like I serve a purpose, and be appreciated! I got a teaching degree in Elementary Education from Emporia State University. Cue an engagement, graduating early with my degree and license to teach K-6, and life got in the way of my dream. Now that I am divorced and a mom of 2, I am finding my joy again to work with kids! I like to play board games and Fortnite, watch baseball, go swimming, camping, and play with my dog. My skills include patience, disciplining with discussions, & remaining spontaneous myself! Love Life, it's too short!!
