About Melissa

Hi! My name is Melissa, I'm 37 years old, and I live in Wakefield. I have a 10-year-old son who attends elementary school in our hometown of Wakefield. Ideally I would love to work with a family throughout the summer. I'd love to have someone my son will get along with so we can do some fun outings altogether! In addition to my professional experience, I have always had a connection with children. I am looking to branch out from the environment of childcare centers to create a more personal connection with a family. I have an associates in liberal arts while currently working towards a degree in psychology with a concentration in child and adolescents with only 4 courses until completion. I have 2. 5 professional years in childcare working with children diagnosed with autism in ABA centers. The age range I work with is typically 2-7 years of age. I have a lot of personal experience working with babies as well.
