About Melissa

Hey there, my name is Melissa! I am a mom with over 10 years experience working with infants & toddlers along with 13 years experience being a boy mom! I am empathetic, compassionate, nurturing, intuitive & enthusiastic. I love nurturing children's social and emotions skills along with never ending opportunities to play, learn and meet milestones. I am a nature lover & love taking children on walks exploring & to the park to swing & play. I also love singing, dancing, reading & playing games. I have worn many hats in my 35 years of life. I started out as a nanny for 10 years before I became a mom & a hairstylist. I took a break from being a hairstylist & ran my own cleaning company for 6 years. I've also worked as an assistant chef at a private school/summer camp & love to cook. I am very detail oriented, organized, clean & great at keeping schedules & routines. I am currently listening to the book The Conscious Parent. I would love to meet you & answer any questions!
