About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as energetic, friendly, hard working I like working with kids because my own children are grown now, I am expecting my first grandchild and I enjoy babies and children. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help working parents by providing quality and experienced child care. I started working with kids when I was 9 years old and got my first baby-sitting and first aid certification from a local program in Newport News, Virginia. In my spare time, I like to clean house, garden, cook and care for my family. One thing you should know about me is I am hardworking, dependable, and experienced with both children and the elderly. My skills include first aid, time management and creating a fun learning environment.
