I have had many years of senior experience both in the home and in facilities. I enjoy In home care the best. I took care of my special needs daughter who had Cerebral palsy, epilepsy, was blind and non verbal, had a tracheostomy, needed to be suctioned and had a gastrostomy tube for feeding and was w/c bound and bedridden for 35 years until she passed in 2016. During that time , I learned how to change the trach and change the GT tube myself. She was incontinent and needed turning , changing and bathing and suctioning daily. I learned how to use a hoyer lift and had a van with an electric w/c lift for doctor appointments. When I was younger I had my CNA certification , but as the years passed it expired. Currently I work for an agency as a PCA, personal care assistant. I have my current CPR. And my TB test. I have been working doing mostly home nursing for various agencies since 2016. I can do various stages of nursing care from the most severe to the easiest. I am 58.
