About Melinda

I am a reading interventionist at a Public School. I had taught preschool for 20 years and kindergarten for 5 years. I am trained in Orton Gillingham for grades K-3. I am also received 30 hours and training and coaching in the Science of Reading, from The Hill for Literacy. If you are looking for a reading tutor for your child, I provide multi-sensory learning and use research based assessments to track growth. I'd describe my personality as fun, enthusiastic and kind! I like working with kids because they are so kind, fun and magical.
